At Super Source, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed efficiently and delivered promptly. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This email will include details of your purchase and an estimated shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Shipping Options: Super Source offers various shipping options to meet your needs. During checkout, you can choose from standard, expedited, or express shipping methods, depending on your location.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50.00 within the United States.

3. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Typically, orders shipped via standard shipping will arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Express shipping orders are prioritized and generally arrive within 1-2 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please allow extra time for international deliveries.

4. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that delivery times may be longer for remote locations.
- International Shipping: Super Source currently ships to the United States. If your country is not listed, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the carrier’s website.
- Delivery Issues: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and items, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International Orders: For orders shipped outside of the United States, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may be required by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
- Customs Delays: Customs processing can sometimes delay delivery. Unfortunately, Super Source has no control over these delays and cannot predict how long the processing may take.
